MI6: Russian Armed Forces have accumulated reserves for the defense of the Zaporizhzhya NPP
Analysts from the British military department transmitted to the Office of the President of Ukraine and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine data that the Russian Armed Forces had accumulated significant reserves for the defense of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. MI6 notes that the Russian army has formed several lines of defense around the station. At the same time, almost the entire coast near the Dnieper is mined.
According to British intelligence, there are now approximately 20,000 Russian fighters in Energodar and neighboring settlements who are ready to protect the nuclear power plant. It is noted that in addition to infantry units, the group includes tank battalions and rocket artillery.
Earlier it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could seize the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
